With culinary skills honed by 20 years in the kitchen, and curiosity fired by travels around the world, Simon Dixon brings craft and inspiration to every menu. He's supported by a team of talented chefs in our purpose-built kitchen, where a flair for flavour and an eye for detail is what guides us, every day.

  • Meeting our Head Chef you'll work out the style of food and presentation that you want to savour on your day.
  • An invitation to a complimentary tasting event gives you the chance to experience just what our team can do.
  • Every meal is cooked fresh on the day using ingredients carefully sourced from local suppliers, where possible.
  • Our menu ideas follow the seasons, so you enjoy fruit and vegetables when they're at their flavoursome best.
  • Peaches and apples, tomatoes and aubergines, borage, thyme and parsley are just some of the ingredients we grow in our edible garden.
  • Cordials, chutneys, sorbets, jams and pickles are all created in our kitchen.
  • And we make and bake our own breads and pastry too.
  • We won't charge corkage if you supply your own alcohol, and will refrigerate it for you too.
  • We stock a range of wine, beer, spirits and mixers which can be ordered through the day from our purpose-built bar.
  • Service counts as much at the bar as at the table, so we make sure there are enough staff for your guests, to avoid queues at the bar. They are covered in your menu price.
